摘要

本次毕业设计所选题目为“焦作大学学生宿舍楼设计”。该工程采用的结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,共有八层。建筑纵向长度为50.4m,横向长度为12.3m,房屋总高度24.75m, 标准层层高3.0m,底层层高3.6m,室内外高差600mm,总建筑物面积9215m2。

建筑物坐北朝南,主要功能要求能满足学生日常的使用要求。总体设计主要完成了一榀框架A、B、C、D轴的结构设计与计算。确定框架布局之后,先进行了荷载标准值的计算,从而确定框架计算简图和荷载总图,之后用底部剪力法计算水平地震作用大小,用D值法求出地震作用下的框架内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力);然后采用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的框架内力;进而进行框架内力的组合与调整,并选取最不利组合进行截面设计,在进行截面抗震设计时,为保证延性,框架要满足“强剪弱弯”、“强柱弱梁”、“强节点弱构件”的设计原则,且满足构造要求;此外还进行了基础设计、楼盖现浇板和板式楼梯的设计,最后绘制了房屋结构的楼梯、楼板、框架、基础等结构的施工图。

Abstract

The graduation project selected topic "Jiaozuo University student dormitory design." The project uses a structure in the form of in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, a total of eight. Building a longitudinal length of 50.4m, lateral length of 12.3m, total housing height 24.75m, standard layers of high 3.0m, bottom storey 3.6m, indoor and outdoor height 600mm, total building area of 9215m2.

Building faces south, the main functional requirements to meet the students' daily requirements. The overall design of the main completed the structure design and calculation of a frame of A, B, C, D axis. After determining frame layout, the first for the load standard values are calculated to determine the framework for calculating the total load diagrams and maps, followed by horizontal seismic base shear method to calculate the size of the role, with the D-value method under the framework of the calculated seismic forces (moment, shear, axial force); then calculated using moment distribution Method vertical loads (dead load and live load) under the framework of the internal forces; thus be a combination of internal forces and adjustment framework, and select the most unfavorable combination section design, conducting seismic design section, in order to ensure ductility, the framework to meet the "strong shear weak bending", "strong column-weak beam", "strong node weak component" design principles, and to meet structural requirements; addition also carried out basic design, floor slab and plate staircase design, and finally draw a housing structure of the stairs, floor, frame, basic structures such as construction drawings.
