Ladies and gentlemen, It is a great pleasure to be here with you and have this delightful opportunity to talk about my Chinese Dream. At present, the Chinese dream has become the hottest topic after our president Xi jinping said in his first public speech in the 18th Party Congress. At the start of my speech I would like to ask you a question how do you think about the Chinese dream? The official explanation of the dream is to build national rejuvenation, improvement of people’s livelihoods, prosperity, construction of a better society and military strengthening. However, according to a recent survey by CCTV, people with a variety of backgrounds have different dreams. For those people live in cities, they dream of having a better traffic situation and living environment. When it comes to those who work in rural areas, they want their children have equal opportunities in education with those children in urban areas as well as improved medical cares.

For me, I have seen firsthand how high unemployment, under-developed medical conditions and low education level that their people have been suffering during one year working experience in Kenya office of our company. Although the situation of our beloved country is still far ahead African country, but there are still a considerable part of our people who have been bearing such pain like African people. For this reason, I have a dream that society at large will make it possible for every people in China to enjoy a stable job with an ideal income, good education and better medical care on the basis of safer social environment.

First and foremost, the government maintains a strong sense of responsibility to the people and takes forceful measures to resolve above livehood issues, such as the increase of government spending in the area of education and medical care, the appeal for fundraising from social charities and so on. Furthermore, innovation has

been the spirit of our country and it has taken this country to greater heights as well as we always find a way to overcome the difficulties. For example, why a growing number of soon-to-be college graduates fret about being jobless nowadays? The reason may be that Chinese students only to pay great attention to the theory, but have neglected the practical ability improve. It is unfavorable to adapt to the complicate social environment. That requires the government innovate the

concerned policy about form and content of education through reflecting on recent situation. Last but not the least, the pointed cannot be ignored that china need absorb and reference foreign experience, explore policies of their running

mechanism. It will provide help and instruction for developing and constructing above livehood issues.

In China, we have long known that prosperity cannot be achieved without courage,

determination and hard work, because only within it can citizens achieve the freedom to dream, imagine, aspire and achieve. In this respect, we need to support each other since we possess different gifts in life which ultimately will be used for the benefit of the society. Though many, the people of China need to be united by a common destiny, history and oneness underpinned by common values. Hospitality in the midst of adversity and

willingness to joyfully share resources even in a situation of scarcity and need are two core values that need to always guide us.

A large number of Chinese have shown the world that they can excel in all fields and occupations. We are creating jobs, generating wealth, improving lives, reducing poverty and developing our country on a scale that is simply unprecedented in our national history. These are the components of our drive to remain a hub for trade, technology and education. China has lifted hundreds of millions of people out of poverty across the world while

playing a larger role in global events. It is my believe that charity should begin at home; we need to put priority to our own people. We should all strive to continue with this good work and encourage our fellow citizens in order to achieve sustainable development.

There is need to learn more, work harder and invest in our future. We all hold dear the fact that the optimist sees an opportunity in every difficulty and the pessimist sees a difficulty in every opportunity. Yes the problems we face are many and the challenges are always there. However, these difficulties also provide us with the opportunity to do our part through efforts and sacrifices for us to achieve a beautiful country.

Towards achieving our dream, it is important to invest more on what we are good at. My beloved Country men and women, be fired up and ready to go. Be fired up to meet the challenges ahead. I can see a dream come true for a Country full of love and success where every citizen is happy.
