单词拼写有根据所给的首字母或汉语写出所缺的单词、或写出所给单词的适当形式等。通常考查的是易错的、常见的单词。如序数词的第八、第九、第十二、第二十;星期名称、月份名称;几个易错的、常考的单词有：receive，friend，field，foreigner，believe等。 做这种题型要注意读懂句子意思，想出单词后还要根据句子结构考虑到词性、词型、单复数、人称、时态等，不要顾此失彼，前功尽弃。

这一题考查的是用所给词的适当形式填空。要注意句子的意义。答案是：unhappy e.g.

本题考查序数词的用法。要注意拼写。答案：sixth

本题考查名词。根据句意要用复数。答案：bags
