立式推杆减速机的设计

摘 要:推杆减速机是受谐波齿轮传动的启发而设想的一种传动方案,它是一种以组合活齿为传动构件的活齿少齿差行星齿轮传动装置,是我国独创的一种用推杆来传递动力的减速器?1?。它用刚性构件代替谐波传动的弹性构件, 从而保留谐波齿抢传动的优点, 克服其不便应用于功率传动的不足。推杆减速器具有传动比大、传动效率高、耐冲击且承载能力强、工艺简单等优点, 是一种很有发展前景的减速器。

The Design of Vertical Push Rod Reducer

Abstract : Push rod speed reducer which is affected by the harmonic gear drive is inspired by the vision of a transmission scheme。It is a combination of movable teeth transmission member movable teeth less tooth difference planet gear transmission device。It is our original reducer with a push rod to transmit the power。It uses a rigid member instead of harmonic drive the elastic member, thereby itretains the harmonic gear drive has the advantage of overcoming the grab, then it could be convenient for the application in power transmission。The push rod speed reducer have the advantages with large

transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, impact resistance and strong bearing capacity, simple process and the like, is a kind of promising reducer。
